The first module “TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT” is organized by Tongji University in cooperation with CPC Consulting and conducted in-class in Shanghai, China. Through a learning journey built along the entire transformation cycle, it will equip participants with the required knowledge, skillset and mindset to lead the transformation in their organization.
From its early beginnings, OceanX identified education, talent development and knowledge sharing as key success factors for the logistics sector. More recently, a study by the German Logistics Association highlighted a lack of skills as crucial issue preventing opportunities in the industry that is facing the demanding task to digitally transform.
Although leaders working in logistics are used to constant change, not least the global coronavirus pandemic has shown that the rules of the game are shifting massively. Given that according to a Harvard Business School study 70% of change projects fail, skills and attitudes for driving sustainable, impactful transformation are clearly a distinct competitive edge.
