Peter is looking back at a successful carrier in freight forwarding that started with Lassen in Germany and led him to the United States with Danzas.
More than 25 years ago Peter relocated to South Africa and has been heading different logistics firms, mainly in commercial functions with his last role being a shareholder and CEO of CFR Group of Companies.
Peter is a passionate and sales driven individual with a vast experience throughout the shipping industry, in different markets and an expert in terms of logistics on the African continent.
Today, Peter is involved in different projects under his company PSL Trading, consulting and trading in Africa and beyond.

Moanisse started in beverage logistics for a large french supermarket retailer in North Africa, before joining Maersk Line where he held different positions in Sales and Reefer business development. After relocating to Asia, he managed key accounts for Maersk Group’s warehousing division in Shanghai. Thereafter heading Asia to South Europe tradelane development at Damco, later on moving to inland China, achieving record growth for Damco in Hubei province.
Since 2016 he returned to Morocco, where he cofounded BNSR Int. Ltd. and is consulting international firms on their North Africa development, covering Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Sudan.
Moanisse holds a master degree in entrepreneurship from the university of Metz in France and a master of business administration from the IMFE in Malaga, Spain. He speaks French, Arabic, English, Spanish and Chinese.

Jonathan has a background in the banking and finance industry, coming into the container shipping industry when working for an international container survey company based in Brazil. He later joined CMA CGM commercial department in Hong Kong, focusing on liner shipping pricing practices. He went on to lead the procurement division of a leading french NVOCC, where he developed web-based systems for rate and space management that facilitated significant volume growth. Ocean procurement is his passion and expertise.
He has since returned to Hong Kong where he is Asia Managing Director of Advanced Supply Chain, a fast growing, UK based, logistics company that embraces the future of digital freight forwarding. Besides, Jonathan is the co-founder of a startup company in the rate management space.
Jonathan holds master degrees in economics from Sorbonne university in Paris and in management from EM Lyon Business School. He is fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Jochen has an extensive background and more than 25 years experience in European maritime intermodal traffic and multimodal chemical logistics.
Following a long career with German intermodal operator Kombiverkehr, heading their Eastern European tradelanes, he shifted to Intercontainer Interfrigo in Switzerland, leading their commercial strategy.
Since 2010 he is head of intermodal at Gartner transport group in Austria, also serving as managing director and board member of several of their subsidiaries.

Alfred has extensive experience in container transportation, port developments, logistics planning, IT applications, human resources and cold-chain management throughout his affiliation with the shipping industry for the past 3 decades. Currently, he is a council member serving both The Japan Society of Hong Kong and The Japan Hong Kong Society in Tokyo. Alfred is appointed as Adjunct Professor to University of Yunnan, and Adjunct Professor of the City University of Hong Kong. In addition, he also delivers lectures to under graduates and MBA students in China, including Yunnan University, The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong and The Open University of Hong Kong.
Alfred is regularly invited to international forums and universities as keynote speaker on global reefer logistics, supply-chain management, human resources and related topics.
Alfred is formerly the director of Reefer trade at OOCL and after his retirement in 2007, he took up the role as consultant to explore the reefer logistics business in China. From January 2008 to June 2010, Alfred served as Managing Director of ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Limited in Japan.
Thereafter, Alfred has established the Green Society Association Limited (NPO in Hong Kong) with University researchers and logistics professionals to promote more efficient global logistics transportation through the application of RFID tags, pressure sensors wireless communication, IoT and mobile technology in order to achieve higher traceability, transparency, and yield optimization with dedication to a better environment for everybody. Alfred is now the advisor to Tsuruga Port in Japan, brand ambassador of Fukui Prefecture of Japan, Fukuoka City MICE Ambassador, consultant to Denso Corporation (Nagoya from 2012 to 2016) on reefer container marketing and consultant to NYK Line (Hong Kong from 2012 to 2018 April) related to in-house training programs. Alfred also serves as CEO of APTTPA Limited, a company established in Hong Kong specialized in serving the reefer logistics community and JC Food Republic Co., Limited for promotion of quality food stuff from Japan to Asian countries.

Ruben grew up in the trucking and warehousing business in Germany and held various management and executive roles in leading shipping lines, NVOCCs and intermodal operators across Europe, China and the Middle East. Today he is consulting on strategy, digitalisation, internationalisation and logistics.
He has a freight forwarding education, holds a German degree in business economics and an MBA from Aston University.

Haze started her career as a project manager in the conference department of the Shanghai Electric Power State Company in Shanghai, before moving to Australia where he she held roles as Director assistant in a recycling group and later Tel Pacific.
Thereafter she has been an executive assistant in the group management of AMASS, a leading Chinese logistics company, headquartered in Shanghai. Further, she has been heading member relations and event management as network secretary for Cargo World Network (CWN) in Hongkong.
Haze is holding a bachelor degree in tourism management from Shanghai Normal University and a master degree in commerce from Melbourne’s RMIT.

Following her degree in finance from Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, Ann had a career in Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), working in the Group Accounting Center, before joining Customer Service and then Sales in their China Domestic Logistics division.
Later she transferred to OOCL’s European head office in London, first working in customer service, later in pricing on the Asia Europe tradelane.
